Lielupe Industrial Park 

Lielupe Industrial Park is a revitalised industrial area covering approximately 14 hectares. It is the only industrial development zone in the Lielupe basin in Jelgava, connected to the main railway network and historically equipped with mooring facilities for water transport. Since the area is located on the banks of the Lielupe River, there is potential for developing water transport for oversized and non-standard cargo, benefiting both existing and unused industrial facilities that could be integrated into economic circulation. Given that the area has a constructed railway siding, its future use could be possible with reconstruction.
